We practice “Pair Programming” for mission critical development services. This allows the reduction of time to delivery and at the same time dramatically improves the quality of Navision modifications. In some cases (if the customer can provide qualified staff) we use the customers employees as the “observer role”. This allows our customers to train their employees which provides better support to mission critical business processes in house in the future.
